Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

What’s a special request and how does it works?

One of the objective of A&M is to offer every possibilities to you ! That's why we put in place a form where you can request specific items.

Here's the process regarding request:

1. You have to complete the form in the "Special Request" section of the website.

2. A confirmation will be sent to you by email once we received your request.

3. We'll seek the internet while you take this time to focus on your main priority.

4. Once we found a match and the best price possible, an email will be sent to you with a link and a copy of the quote.

5. By using the link provided, you'll be able to accept or refuse the offer.

6. If you accept the offer, you'll be redirected at the checkout to complete your payment.

7. At that moment, your part is all done ! We will make sure to proceed your order as fast as possible while giving you updates about the status of your order.

When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Our standard order processing time is up to three business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

Also, some of the items are maintained at our distributors warehouse and may take a little more time to process. In that case, our distributors will usually send your items the next business day of your order. Once received by A&M, products will go through our rigorous authentication process before sending your package right to your door.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Can I return an item from my order?

All items are final sale. Returns are only possible if the item does not match the description or is declared counterfeit by a third party expert. A&M has no tolerance regarding counterfeit and is dedicated to respect the art of each designers. Because your trust is the most important for us and to avoid distributing any counterfeit items, A&M has put in place multiple authentication controls. However, if it is the case, the item must be returned within three days of its date of receipt. After reassessment of the product by our team, a refund will be issued.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

All orders can be modified or cancelled before shipments.

How do I make sure the item will fit me?

We always try to give the most information about items available on our website. Product descriptions usually includes details about the size of the products. We highly suggest that you also refer to the size chart to ensure you choose the right measurements or use the conversion chart : Size Guide

What is the authenticity policy of A&M?

We Focus on Quality over Quantity
A&M have a rigorous authentication process:

    • Even before the items are received for authentication process, our experts determined the risk as “high” or “low” based on brand, value, style, etc. Basically, if it is considered with an higher probability for counterfeiting, the product is deemed higher risk in authenticating.
    • Items considered “high risk” (anything from an Hermès Birkin bag to the hottest streetwear) are only selected from our certified and experienced distributors who collaborate with us to guarantee the authenticity of the items.
    • As part of the process, every items are received by Asclépia & Mimosa and are then highly inspected by our in-house expert, with a deep knowledge of the markers, materials and craftsmanship behind genuine products. They assess each item based on these and other characteristics. Our in-house experts received over hundred hours of deep training in authentication. As part of our commitment, this training is maintained by daily and weekly updates of the latest counterfeiting trends.

Our dedicated experts team provide additional controls to help prevent fakes from being sold on our website, pulling certain at-risk items for further review.

While this extra step takes time, we never sacrifice quality for quantity !
